EOH is an IT labour brokering company, which is a business area that has been very much taken over by the Indian giant IT labour brokering companies, and getting worse every year.

I think MicroSoft decision is strategic, and very hard to change.
EOH is tainted.

EOH has been mentioned several times in state capture by several witnesses and entities, and fresh allegations of corruption came out last week from Eskom, it's very possible that Microsoft 30 days notice for termination of partnership agreement is because of the corruption allegations.
And on top of that EOH posted losses for the last two financial halves.
And on top of that heavy impairments because of splitting with a partner that was accused of corruption.
Then the partnership with Lebashe didn't help the share price at all (although touted for quite a while by EOH during 2018).

EOH has lost about 88% of its price in about 2 years and 2 months.

ok understand, but if something is seriously dodgy then they would have canceled all agreements? Not just 2 out of 50?
i read that as 49 other products from other developers...

Share price sell-off based on contract termination without notice implying that something unsavory has transpired... Which could be justifiable or just a blip... In which case we get shares very cheap...

The effect of this notice, if acted on, will be that Group subsidiary company, EOH Mthombo, will no longer
be a direct reseller of Microsoft licences with a profit impact of approximately R10million in the current
financial year. However, Microsoft remains an important part of EOH’s network of the more than 50
technology partners within the EOH Group and resolution of this matter is a priority.
Why is the share falling so much?? Impact would be 10 million. . . Last years profit was more than a Billion. . . Am I missing something???

MICROSOFT CHANNEL PARTNER AGREEMENT
EOH has been advised that Microsoft has given notice of its intention to terminate its Channel Partner
Agreement with EOH Mthombo, one of the group’s subsidiaries, with 30 days notice. At this stage, EOH has
not been provided with any reason for the notice of termination.
EOH has initiated plans to ensure minimal disruption to customers and to limit the potential impact on the
business, until more clarity has been obtained. In this regard, EOH Group CEO, Stephen van Coller is actively
engaging Microsoft to better understand and resolve this matter as soon as practically possible.
Additional announcements will be made as soon as more detailed information is available.
