Had not seen this coming but hey that's the reality of shares..... Sit tight hopefully we get some more news... And hopefully it's good news.... Always worry that sometimes its the market that knows more than we do.....

I would guess that if Microsoft withdraws its licensing agreements with EOH due to any corporate governance issues:
1. Steven van Coller, the overpaid CEO, will resign to protect his reputation
2. Clients (corporate SA) will migrate to the likes of Alviva, Mustek and Didata - an IT solutions company that doesnt offer Microsoft?
3. Will other product suppliers pull their support for EOH?
So at current levels, the stock will rally/collapse strongly depending on the reasons that Microsoft provide.

You would think that there will be an update on their discussions with Microsoft this week still. This should be positive if the message is good.
Think they working on a plan B before announcing. Microsoft Possibly trying to avoid a situation like SAP impo.
