Naspers, New York

https://wavecount.bl...s-new-york.html

npsny-300-260419.png

Naspers (New York) closed at 51.38. This is an upward breakout attempt of the pennant.
Assuming (iv) is at 50.14  then (iv) = (ii)
Next up = minuette wave (v) to complete minute wave [iii]
Wave 3 is often 1.618 of the the same order wave 1.
If [iii] = 1.618 [i] then [iii] = 55.97;  then if wave [iv] = [ii] then [iv] = 52.03
Wave [ii] was complex and long so wave [iv] expected to be simple (sharp, zigzag) and relatively short. See "alternation".
Similar considerations apply for the higher order Minor waves 3 and 4.
Wave 5 most often = wave 1 of the same order.
The progression of Intermediate wave (1) has the tentative double-top target of  62.65 on 1st August.

For the peanut gallery: Like all of the charts that I post, this pattern analysis employs the standard version of the Elliott Wave Theory and is intended only to demonstrate my own momentary view within my own application of that theory.

True EW not rocket science, for me not always easy to know where we are in the major or minors, and that is where Snippit charts more often than not helps.  Agree that EW alone does not work for me.  What I don't get is why the always snarl and talking down to people.  Please don't attempt to answer, it is something to reflect on and sort out internally.

Do appreciate Argento's plain english and his calls has been spot on.  He called NPN resistance on about 3620, it broke through and tested it today and found support.  It may retest it again over the next few days as the brokers pay wages and re-adjust equity caps.

You are quite right about the back testing of support, seems TenCent started its wave4 early and spilt over into the Alsi and NPN, seasonals strong backup from next week so could still see more weakness into the close today but be a good buy for the wave5 into May!

his calls all based after the event like this morning on NPN...After NPN went red  over 2% , out comes his EW chart....and if you look clearly , that support line used is???????? this mornings low....when true support line if drawn from previous 2 lows was higher????

He is kidding himself....wonder if anyone actually uses his so called " PREDICTIONS" HERE??

There you go again, telling it like it isnt. Better not to spend all your time telling. Try learning instead of making wildly inaccurate statements about things you refuse to try to understand. Elliot theory requires a modicum of IQ but its not rocket science. You must try harder.

JSE, Naspers, NPN
Pattern analysis. NPN. Channel. Wave (v) of [v] of 3.
50% retrace of wave (i) of [v] overlay = lower boundary @ iv
Recount for internals of (v) identifies replication extension of micro 3.

Midas sorry you not EW please advise what is it you aspire to be and if anything beneficial how the hell you hope to get there.

If you limit yourself to be a sticker on hind sucker, please note my stance is to naturally oppose all leeching non contributors and my lemon droppings can be quite bitter at times for the lazy selfish myopic brigade. Including the dupers.

NPN broke huge resistance and now backtesting it, could be a setup for a biiiig move up tomorrow!Very bullish pattern in the works....

A

NPN looking good and seems the break out up confirmed. Asia/TenCent also still needs to join the bull party and once they do should give NPN the next big push up!

Should just get stronger into end of April!
