Nope, not yet, seasonals still sideways this week and should then break out up only next week, but its coming...

NPN broke huge resistance and now backtesting it, could be a setup for a biiiig move up tomorrow!Very bullish pattern in the works....

No reason why NPN should not reach 4000 in the coming weeks, normally she tends to top out week after her earnings thus around the 21 May you can look to sell!

 

The up cycle should then be done and a dip should transpire to buy!No stopping this green train, US and Alsi should follow suite!

Tencent (Hong Kong)

The daily chart for Tencent (Hong Kong) reminds that the 2018 correction was less than a year in duration although it followed from a 14 year long bull cycle. The retrace of the correction is hovering at the typical 62% Fib completion mark with a 3-3-3 pattern. Should it transpire that a C-leg similar to the A-leg evolves, then the resulting corrective Cycle wave II would measure up as a 62% retrace of the 14 year long bull Cycle (wave I).

A good effort. The wave descriptions are non-standard but I understand the meaning. 

As you know, there is strong influence from Tencent and if a good probability for that chart is available, then it can assist with a trade decision.

What is in my view atm for Tencent is giving to me a goog probability that the top is in for Tencent and thereby similarly for NPN..

ALSI is making higher highs and a very bullish structure, should see one more leg down into Thursday on both Alsi and NPN but yesterdays low going to be strong support now, my take a very strong move up is coming end of April into May with not top in sight!So buy and hold best play now on Naspers imo...momentum and volume is strong atm!

On Naspers chart you can see whey she pulled back, hit the 3620 level that is very strong resistance...but just a matter of time before she breaks it and run towards 4000!

 

But..before markets usually break such a important resistance they build a consolidation sideways pattern and it fits in perfectly with seasonals next week.

 

So to be honest dont expect her to go below 3510 for W4, May going to be a strong up month again due to NPN earnings hype!
