Its already happening. A few month ago we where sitting at around 18 to 20 cents. Currently we are at 39. That's close to 100% gain in just a few months. And I think the momentum will keep on going.

Deal approved today!

From 29 September 290 Million shares will be cancelled. Which will reduce the total shares in issue. Always a good sign. Also there are no more warrants which can cause a dilution in future. R1 here we come :D

So things should start happening right Andi

Yes agreed David, I'm also picking up shares as we go. I also see great potential here with the new management.

Also I'm expecting a sharp increase in the share price once the deal is final on 22 September. Also on 29 September the 290 Million shares will be canceled. I think after that directors will buy more shares as they have done previously.

Getting in here as much as I can. It’s a pity the shares are so thinly traded which makes getting volume hard. This is a long term investment. Management is headed in the right direction here.

Good news flowing in now from all direction. Share supply will dry up soon and soon the issued shares will be reduced by 290 Million shares.

Simply Wallstreet has a fair value of 2.71 Rands. We are currently at 33 cents.

Heres the analysis: https://simplywall.s...intrinsic-value

It will come, just give it some time. All problem areas have been solved. Some people are just realizing their profits. I doubt tho we will see prizes below 30 cents going forward.

Also they will generate an EBIT between 3 and 4 Million dollar without Digitata.

That would value the firm at around 900 Million to 1 Bullion rands. Given the reduced number of shares after the transactio I see a resanble share price at around 1.5 rands now per share.

They have huge growth potential, basically no debt, no more warranties and great cash generating units. Just look at the cash generated in operation in the half year results.

Hi Andi,

Thanks for the info. yes i have picked up on their debt reduction and the cash generated units. it does look good.

Suprisingly the volumes traded are low.

the market trend does look good tho, on the up!

Hi Lionel,

So basically what happens is the company is selling the Digitata unit for 92 Million rands.

This purchase consideration is then used by 4Sight to buy back its own shares. 292 Million shares. This is exceptional for shareholders because the 4Sight share price is very low and undervalued.

Those 292 Million shares will then be cancelled on that date and the share capital will be reduced by around 33%.

Less shares in the market. That's always good for a share.

Yes give it some time. As soon as the Digitata transaction is closed the issued share capital will reduce by 292 Million shares or close to 1/3 of the shares in issue. Also all former directors who hold grudges against the company are then out.

Also there are now no more warranties that need to be closed. So no more dilution if shares.

Also if u look at the financials they basically have no debt. They actually sitting on huge cash reserves.

Here is a good article:
