With covid in europe in exponential growth, remedica certainly to demonstarte exceptuonal growth and absolutely positioned as an attractuve target.

Absolutely. However talks to future revenue generation post remedica. As apart from getting share value post sale , many of usnlooking for dividends from the smaller company thats left over. My personal speculation os at least 10 to 20c if not more annual dividends hence why i am trying to load up on volume holding..

One other thing not disclosed is the worth of the 5 million shares they acquired from the US Company in the transaction.

Maybe They know that this wouldn't move the markets like the announcement of the sale of Remedica.It's just a teeny tiny deal....just speculating

If you want to sell, wait for end of day trades ..expected some big volume trades....this will indicate big money interest but also help you exit with profit.....gren beer is quiet...maybe forgot to take his profits

A friend said the following. Ceo is very wise. The detailed evaluation of remedica was not only to ensure the valuation is achieved but importantly with ascendis to exit with some of the intellectual and institutional memory.
Mark needs to have clearly mapped all the assets and product portfolios and regional distributions. After selling off remedica he will be better positioned to use the remaining assets in eu and leverage relationships with remedica against defined assets....quite a bold play......not sure any of this makes sense but the sell to insitutional investors has to be around the company ability to trade profitably and pay dividends by 2021 if not 2022. The question remains would asc be able to generate r20m per 500m shares to pay even around 15 to 30c.......hope to get more detailed info from the asc road trips with investors....if anyone hears....pls post.....

Expect a very quite lull period....management engaging institutional investors. Hopefully this spurs some speculative positions. Potentially they would also be calmed not to exit. Expect the momentum and achievements to date would demonstrate strategy execution.

May see support for management incentives and share purchases by company to retain the talent base.

May also see insitutional support for the share price ...

Look forward to some demand.....next two weeks...

Share is volatile and low volume will move the sharendown. But seems there is a fair bit of interest and disposal is imminent and speculators will start to take a position now for the next three months....hoping to make a buck....

Scream on.....drop was on panic following the financials and debt levels....expected a recovery by d3. Nice base.
Hope we see some sustained upward momentum even if small. .
Expect to see q1 sens next really to substantiate the remedica valuation.....then a sens on interest in remedica.....hope this creates a lot more energy.....before Christmas....a time where volume trade is thin but share prices could potentially spike

Nice aspect with this share....all the crap is priced in including the rand hit......

 

You called it Investment Novice - it seems the share price has recovered to the pre-financial results release base price. Lets hope you're right about further continued upward movement. Holding a sizable chunk in this share for the last 8 or so months has been a rollercoaster of emotions... Thank god for 4 sight as its my only share that has been predictable these last few months.
