Putin hunts bear without a shirt on. He listens to no one! He'll take Ukraine by himself.

Just kidding.

But Russia will be seen as backing down if they give up now, so that is not going to happen.

Europe is very reliant on Russian Gas, so sanctions are not going to work on Russia,

just my opinion.

Last time during Syria story, Obama bowed down to Putin.

Putin is the most powerful man in the world now.

Obama is useless. Even Bernanke had more power than Obama.

Just to show that countries are afraid of Russia, France says it's not going to take military action against Russia.

Only US and UK are tag teaming. Last time Putin told David Cameron that he must shut up because he leaves in a small Island during the Syria talks.

This is not some middle east country that the US will bully. This is Russia, they mus tread carefully because Russia is China's ally.

Otherwise this can turn into a financial war, were Russia and China can dump US bonds. This will make the dollar into toilet paper and gold will rise.

Anyway China wont do that now, they still need to aquire enough gold to do that.

The next big breaking news will be that missiles are fired or Russia is calling off the troops.

either way markets will repture in any direction

So Alsi has fat in it again!!

I'm short, waiting for that fat to cut when US opens.

China says in agreement with Russia on importance of maintaining regional peace and stability.

  • both agree that it’s ” very important” to appropriately handle Ukraine crisis. Chinese foreign ministry on Reuters

If the is one country Russia (Putin) listens too, is China

China data bad, tension in Ukraine.
And still we are level. This has to be euphoric buying of what is perceived as a dip?

I'm not sure who said it, but it feels like round about this time.

War is good for Bull Markets, proves why the next secular bull market is coming.

This war is perfect timing to make millions in the market

Is the SA top 40 futures bid and sell price based on demand and supply or it is market maker determined?

Lets hear your views...

I find this astounding. Mid-last week, I started looking at the 1d (IG chart) with a bullish view of things and the 1d has started forming a bullish picture. This morning, with a view on the happenings in and near the Black Sea, I am looking at the 1d with bear-goggles. Now I don't see the bull tendencies I noted last week, or at least I can see the bear-tide that blew in on 25 Feb 2014.

Perception is a strong viewpoint!

From your perspective, Lekkerry is faceless and to a degree nameless, so any opinions expressed are just that, opinions from someone on the Internet  :D

Why buy S?

after war or when panic selling is over, stocks usually go into a very bullish trend.

Wars are good for the market, yu just have to know how to play them. the best bull markets started after war
