Its very quiet here today, is this thing finally going down or just profit taking and should resume going up on Monday?
it's really piddling about. are we in a 4th wave on the hourly? 46400 would be a sweet spot (alsi ... of course)

And back up we go again. Expected profit taking and a drop today.
patience required here. the further it runs the better. we have 2 lower gaps to fill. the angry bear will soon return. when he does there will be no need for 2nd guessing. we will know he's back to finish the job

I was also hoping that we were going to down today. I should have jumped ship below 45,750

:-D Just a matter of which timeframe we look at. Mine is probably alot longer than yours so I see it differently.
It's how I see it too. I use the monthly for trend and then weekly for entry and exit points. The monthly bull channel has been broken and tested with a failure. The weekly evidences a new downward channel and a loss of momentum via its RSI and MACD readings. Any timeframe shorter than that and I'm totally rubbish and anybody who's seen my calls in the last few weeks has noted. I'm always amazed at shorter-term traders discipline. Wish I had more.
Humbling bull run today for sure. If it breaks out of the weekly downward channel I would exit my shorts here. Somewhere over in the 47 500 - 48 000 range is the test I believe. Until then I hold in the believe it can move into the 30s sooner rather than later.

ok
now back to that 15 min chart
my 10:06 looks like a minor high and not a minor low
apologies to all who might have lost their farms following my poor analysis
can I make it up by offering 10:50?
I'll go away now ... maybe come back when the monster bear is unleashed

What you see on your screen is a short term blip. The market is down almost 10% from it's last all-time high back in Nov 2015. The chart also shows me a market that ran out of steam in 2016. I see a world full of risks which aren't being priced in. I see euphoria all over the place. Reality is already on your screen, you're just looking at a small snapshot of it showing you a different picture.
whoops! sorry ... I forgot the alternative reality
