I tend to agree with you since news has been all bad and no good for the last couple of months...BUT on the other hand, can you simply ignore the statistics of historical market growth over December and January? That coupled with the low yearly market yield (approx. 5% YTD).

I think we should have another washout when US opens, then I will go long for another bounce.
