IMO this is easy money flowing out of South Africa. Lots and lots of it flowed into EM, so now lots and lots need to flow out again.

Latest to feel the outflow in a range of asset classes is oil!!! Down about 6% today alone to below $70
They done with gold, iron ore and others I guess!!
Question is when they hit equities it will be nasty... On average how much did iron ore, gold and oil pull back?? Will that be the expected for equities? Will this come in jan?
Honestly nothing major has changed in macro economic terms globally aside from the expected rate hikes following end of qe.
Point is somebody is taking down asset class by asset class systematically and equities will have their share too!!! Coz don't tell me suddenly today global demand for oil has collapsed

And the previous day funds were dumping gold etfs!!
