Hi M,

Why do you say Deutsche Bank? Also thought they have a big slice of pie in playing the futures but never knew for sure!

Thanks

A

Hi Argento, check your daily J200 chart and you will see that every time we cross above say 42, 43, 44 etc the market pulls back a couple of 100's. Me can can only think they have a hand in it because the wave puts expires worthless then.

When we are in a downtrend (20 EMA pointing south), the opposite is true..nailng the longs!

It's just an observation though, no proof.

Deutsche bank are for sure playing the market. I lost big when the market shot up to 46 000 quickly with that whole SAB and currency play. Now they have option or wave at barrier of 47 000. So everyone knows what that mean. I would not be surprise if we see quick up to that level and back again. This whole market is manupilated.

47000 (IG)? thx

:D Deutsche Bank will push the J200 above 47,000, if not today then tomorrow, so my short entry (futures) will be around 47,200.

But atm it does feels like when you try to cross the N1 @ 7:00 am  :D

The problem is. If it does do we get on and which way do we expect it to continue on its journey?

Oh well, I suppose its better to have missed it than to have climbed on board, unsure of the destination possibly ending up in a world of pain. Yesterdays money is in the bank and tomorrow is another day. :D

i've already packed my bags and am sitting in the short carriage....still hoping for a drop down to 46500 ish  ...but who knows?

Has anyone here used the Advanced Charts/ ProReal Time charts on IG? I have been having big problems with trend-lines out of sync on different (lower) time frames. For example, a trend line drawn on the weekly chart is completely out of place on the daily chart. While on the weekly, 4hr and 1hr one can see the trend line being touched (or even crossed) by the candle bars, on the daily the trend line is nowhere near the candles. Similar problems have been experienced with trend lines drawn on the daily or 4hr when you look at them on a lower time frame. I have even had trend lines drawn one above the other on the daily flipping around on the 4Hr with the line that was above on the daily appearing below on the 4hr. Has anyone had similar problems? Is the another charting package out there that one would recommend for the ALSI?

yes the number of points is what determines the lines, the default is 200 units, increase that to what you need, but the lines are never 100 percent correct because of the night trading on other markets, I limit it to trading of the day and the 30 min seems to offer the best results for trends, increase the units to a week or more to get a better result.

I trade just the bigger waves, trying to catch the smaller ones let you sometimes stand on the platform and wait while the train carries on going! :P

Thing is with 3 and 5 waves is they can broke into 5 waves of there own..in your case I would wait for minute 4 and go long again, to go short is very risky with this type of strength..but congrats on your longs!

The 60min RSI is nearing 70 so you should be fine...could pull back to around 46500ish...should also form the return move that normally happens! Then this bull should march on....

A

And negative divergence on the 30min timeframe...so me thinks short term top is close!
