CML ... never fails to amaze me.

Like when it dropped more than 7% after results  ; the wife's still upset because of the margin calls I had to answer with bond money! :o

absolutely correct...also read somewhere US also has some index changes which could see a sell off on big shares especially Catterpillar!!

For the CML bulls...if my portfolio was still massively overweight CML I would use today's buying in CML to rebalance...

That is correct...only MSCI changes...but I expect this to have some impact on ALSI futures in the run up to and around closing auction ...as there will be action in cash market that will ultimately feed through to futures market...so be carefully this afternoon if you trade ALSI

No news out. Perhaps sellers dried up as she had gone flat for some days. I was expecting her to start climbing later next week for the

divi. Not so soon.

Is that not a Morning Star candle formation she confirmed today? If so, a reversal of the short term down trend is on the cards. Today's green candle is halfway up the red one of 2 days ago after yesterday's flat body candle.

Hi Orca,

Interesting conclusion. Lovely stuff, candle sticks.

Well, there she goes.  I have a TP of 105.00.  Then Im gonna take my chips off the table.

HDB is right in saying market is overpriced.  I want to make sure I've got enough cash in hand

when panic sets in.  Then I can start feeding again.

As it is, with a aggregate PE of 19, the JSE is more expensive than ever.

I am with you HendrikB, I am in for 104.20 and I am out like a light when it goes there again.

HDB, to be fair though, most shares are green if the ALSI is green, and vice versa...

Gamma, second your goldfish comment :)
