I missed outACL on a tear. Those who listened would have been 30% up now. Still room to move substantially.

One of the institutions selling out hence the constant drops back down. Coronation catching up to their own nonsense again?

I agree
Shorters have been increasing positions on this stock in recent times - once they start closing we could see a squeeze like we saw at lonmin few weeks ago.

I agreeACL looks a damn good bet from these levels.
Current market cap of R1.2B
Rights offer of R4.5B underwritten and guaranteed by parent at R6.50 or 120% premium to current price.
R3.2B debt to be paid off and remaining R1.3B to be used for capital investment.
So post rights at current price we will have ACL at about R2.6B Market cap, no debt and R1.3B in free cash. This is good for a bagger now in my opinion.

These current markets are killing me... EQS seems like a sinking ship.

When markets are so up down... Many people turn to gold as a safe haven. I think!
me thinks you could be spot on

EQS is low I think because of the debt it has - Few billion but it seems low on PE
Why on earth is quantum foods falling so much if anybody has any ideas please let me know...
And why on earth are the gold shares up between 10-20% today with flat gold price and they all mainly operating at losses.
When markets are so up down... Many people turn to gold as a safe haven. I think!

Noted - thanks - but surely the exchange rate is not going to save them if gold keeps falling...
When US announce Interest rates rise next week - If they do then the Gold shares will take a bath below breakeven cost levels per ounce.
Just my guess.
