EQS is low I think because of the debt it has - Few billion but it seems low on PE

Why on earth is quantum foods falling so much if anybody has any ideas please let me know...

And why on earth are the gold shares up between 10-20% today with flat gold price and they all mainly operating at losses.

RCL : Cost push side & not being able to pass it onto the consumer, should happen across the food value chain drought conditions also contributing.

Exchange rate.

@myusuf, on CNBC this week, 2 of the experts stated that many financial analysts see Petmin and Master Drilling as the 2 most undervalued shares on the JSE right now.

Another out-of-favourite company with lots of turn around potential is Sacoil.

- Solid management in place.

- Corporate governance vastly improved.

- Going concern issues resolved.

Only the oil price which have to play ball now....

+1

It's just the territories they operate in make me very cautious that I only look to "trade" & not hold.

Last set of results suggest they are laying a more stable foundation though.

The other night on Stock Watch (BDTV), a question came in about 10 baggers and one of the experts suggested Rhodes Food.

One to watch ...

Sugafoot, I agree ZED is a buy considering how much it has dropped over the past few weeks, But the PE is high and with all the stories of the drought adding to the risk of holding this share we could still see some weakness and the price still remaining at low levels.

M&R dipping below 900. Looks like the big guys are climbing out but perhaps overdone. Anyone else tempted to throw their lot in with this one?

Any reason why I should not add to my positions in Zeder, Torre and Trustco?

Is CSG looking cheap to anyone else?

I bought some between 150c and 160c. There's not enough new buyers though - yesterday a few sales went through below 150c. Interim results out soon.

ESR interim results out this morning. Balance sheet continuing to look healthier.

NTAV up to 152cps from 148cps. NCAV now up to 55cps from 48cps. HEPS inline with the trading statement at 2cps. I'm tempted to add some more and sticking with this one until the recovery story has run its course over the next couple of years.
