Yes we have come such a long way and in the past SH was in more difficulties that now.. I can also see the light at the end of this tunnel.

Strange the price does not rally a bit on all the good news.

 

I actually feel sorry for the TT guys. Their offer from SH was only R110 Mil and now their legal costs is already more than R65 Mil and as DTD  reminded us. They can only get back  57% of there shops if ever they  succeed.

Lenghty expensive court battles  ahead for them.. How are they going to fund it?  it baffles me

 

But  they should have bargained with SH.. I am sure they can still get  better deal  if they burry the hatchet because it is costing SH too. Maybe that door is still open for them, maybe just slightly it is never too late .

I am glad for this pull back filled more trucks today! Its unbeliavable we waited nearly 4 years for this day.

For me this is now done deal S155 will be just the same as today. I believe the TT issue will have to be faught in court but very sure the judge made a mistake that the SCA or CC will correct in time. Lots of green beer to celebrate!

The parties have 8 days to appeal after the Netherlands court passes their verdict. Thereafter it cannot be appealed.
