Wonder how much they would get for thier current business those 36 odd stores just encase of paying snh bills or going the distance .. stienhoff did have to pay for thier costs in the last round

I am not sure they making big profits. In SA with the situation at present quite sure main survival requirements is not new tekkies. Is there enough shoppers to provide healthy profits for 2 low cost shoe competitors?

They should have taken the R110m and Piet's advice

And if the courts find in SNH favor in this liquidation application - TT must surely be faced with the prospect of having to pick up SNH's legal costs?
