Well I did think that the judge has not handled this very well. Making a judgment without reason. Or am I missing something. Sounds like someone that needs to make a decision and just makes one (50/50) without really being able to say why.

I agree fully. What kind of judge does that? But what I don't understand is: why the case in her court is still ongoing  while there is an appeal to the Bloemfontein court.

Does this mean everyone still want to hear whether she has changed her mind about last weeks ruling or what? Does she have the power to declare the SCA appeal nil and void?   Anyone with an answer for clarity sake?

 

 Meanwhile, back at the Ranch, the TT boys are piling up the legal costs. According to one interview with Moneyweb on 13/9 it is already  north of R65 Mil...Outchhhhh!!!!!

This case is getting better and better... bwahahahah.  The case between TT (Applicants) and SNH(Respondents) and what now seems to be 131 intervening applications (off which 128 paries is shareholders)... and the days set aside for this hearing running out.... SCA applications filed.... and application for postponement being heard... Like Adv. Van Eeden today said, "the facts has changed" ... Clearly Judge Slinger finds herself in driftsand which she is not capable of handling and one could see she is getting tense...

SNH is basically arguing that the appeal at the Supreme Court needs to 1st be heard before the case for liquidation goes on. 

 

SNH lawyers are on the offence, calling in to question the Judges reasons for allowing the case to be heard.

Each of the SIHNV Financial Creditors, the joint administrators and SIHNV has now:-

1 filed a request for the reasons for the 10 September Order;

2 served applications for leave to appeal the 6 September Order to the Supreme Court of Appeal; and

3 served applications for leave to appeal the 10 September Order.

In addition, both SIHNV and the Financial Creditors have today brought applications to the High Court to postpone the hearing of the liquidation application.
