Is there a possibility that the Netherlands case would be postponed?

Why are you now worried? I am expecting a positive SoP meeting this morning then on the 30th Sep the S155 meeting also positive outcome because TT old boys are minute compared to all the claims. ( Not sure TT can even have a right to argue in the S155 meeting they refused to join the GS. Lawyers in the forum can clarify but my understanding the meeting is to see if there are registered claimants opposing?))

I cannot see SNH being liquidated for Eur 110 mil? From various articles it appears to me both TT and the judge have the wind from the front? We must not loose sight that TT old boys don't own all of Tekkie Town they only entitled to 57%,

Just think it took the judge 1 day to give each ruling now needs 3 weeks to provide a reason!!! Something is not right because surely one gives a ruling pending a reason and not the other way around!!! Anyway just my thoughts!!

I agree but these court cases is irritating now. It seems that we are going to be in court for the foreseeable future

So a minor shareholder that is not part of the GS now wants to stop the GS (approved by an overwhelming majority)?

 

I mean, the whole things feels off and that's what worries me; shouldn't these bogus claims be thrown out of court at face value? Why are the SA courts still entertaining this??

Let’s hope that the more patient we are the bigger the reward
But the lack of rationale of the judgment together with the absence of reasons is concerning.
Let’s hope here that common sense will prevail

Interesting a judge makes a ruling but cannot give the reasons! I am not a lawyer but commkn sense to me says that for me to make a ruling I must have arrived at a reason. The only think I can think for no reason bej g given it might be full of uncertainties! Anyway this is becoming a soap operate!! Green beer time.
