The way the article is headlined, makes it sound like a bad thing. In the short and long term, would "exiting" Pepco add to SNH share price or reduce share price..any views?
Old news poorly written just looking for sensation. It is well know for the last 2 years that PEPCO would be listed.

Probably open with a 20% drop
Thankfully the opposite...but that €0.12 is proving to be a serious barrier at the moment.
Ignore that...my bad.

Let's hope there is enough vuma to break the €0.12 level...
Looks like €0.12 is then the level of resistance, nice breakthrough this afternoon but not sustainable..... now we are in need of good news to break this level.... if this can happen I think €0.18 is easily on the carts in the short term....

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. would not have bought all those shares if they thought Conservatorium was going to derail the hearing!!

Some of you chaps must be on the edge of your seats with this. The hearing was over two days so I am guessing they would need time to formulate a response. Unfortunately the fact remains that Conservatorium made it clear that they would appose a positive outcome...on what grounds remains to be seen. Holding thumbs!
We will have to see but for me Conservatorium does not have more than 25% of claims.
Insert from UK law notes:
"If the relevant members and creditors approve the scheme, the court will decide at a further hearing whether to sanction the scheme, and will look at whether the approved scheme is fair. If the court sanctions the scheme, the scheme is binding on all affected members, creditors and the company."
Well the approval was obtained already last year!!!

Tomorrow going to be another interesting day!!!!
look at GMC and AMC, people are thinking of these crazy creative ways to make cash these days, hence why i was asking about steinies short interest - today it really looks like a squeeeze!
We invest in a solid business (yes with some poo to cleanup) and have to bleed all the way.
Lets hope the juice is worth the squeeze
