I dont think the pull back has substance, its the soeculators jumping ship and will certainly reneter again. This share is a traderble share see my note 2 days back..d3 dump....we have to have a pull back before we have the next run.....do t know why ....it will take lots of good news intermuttently timed to maintain continuous run....most of us buy and hold...occasionally sell to rebalance ....depend on your strategy a few here are known to pumo dump pump dump...but are holding in for the long run.....
The exvitement is that thwre are a whole lot more trades today adding to the 2 days...we going to have a fantastic week ....look away if you commit to this share else its pain pain pain...yay clebrate celebrate pain..celvrate pain

Total recognised loss of 12.8bn

As I read the financials the loss per share is because of 2 major events:

1. Contingent liability raised for the litigation - 9.4bn

2. Foreign exchange loss on SIHPL CPU/financial guarantee of 4.8bn

That is 14.2bn so otherwise would have been a profit of 1.4bn.

Cummon Andi DayTrader,
My questions below...any idea on the settlement offer and the timeline 5 dec passing without objection. Is the termsheet and calculations now placing snh in a better position.
And secondly....is the loss per share due to impairment or the allocation for the settlement as required by ifrs...?

Eish...when ascendis and snh and ppc all kicking...snh still far...but the right energy is here so after years of slogging and commenting time to reap some reward...think the sens this morning may have been a damoener but need to read it in contect wirh all the ifrs rules, impairments etc....
I think as others have commented the market has knowdlge of something else amd there is certainly something on the cards as the volumes are still there and support....many may start to buy into the reality of a r2 share or a r3 share. Still a while when we get to r10 and r20 but thats the long term play...just happy to now look away peacefully and soak in the money, and reprieve

Interesting term sheet timelines ends 5 dec, does that mean that the term sheet has been accepted without challenge. Allocation of 0.01 euro per share previously held. Has the settlement by any chance reduced based on the proposed and snh is in a better position...

Today SESN includes the settlement of around 800 Million EUR. Thus its a good sign as it seems its most probable that the provision is still valid. Meaning the GS is still underway as of today and management believes it will be achieved.

Hi Andi can you please post a link to the SENS I cannot find anything!

Accountant to advise. Does this provision result in the additional lost per share. And andi 800 million euro...was that not 1.6m...has this been reduced...

On tradegate one can see some proper Stop loss fishing. Someone is trying to mop up shares badly here.

So difficult to trade this because you might just miss the boat when there is no dump and carries to double and triple its worth. I would rather hold and go for at least 6x my investment.
