oh lala

i Quote "Steinhoff reported that it had paid €39 million, or the equivalent of nearly R650 million, in professional fees over a period of four months, up to the end of March 2018.

That is the equivalent of R5.4 million per day, on average."

Thats end march 2018...more specialists roped in since then...

So much for the Gurus analysis of accounts...

Hay ratbag go back tour your naughty corner!!!

Told you before Maths resembles 'uhhh let me think - clue >> ' https://www.youtube....h?v=6lCSaLPNT2I

Same goes for DLT, divi is closer to 15% than 20%, and you stated that buildings are in top condition ', you mean similar to Eskom right?',

"Thomas Tebele, representing the landlords Delta Property Fund running correctional services' Poyntons Building tried in vain to negotiate with Mayor Solly Msimanga to avoid the high-rise building being shut down for non-compliance with fire and evacuation regulations. Video: Jonisayi Maromo / ANA"

https://www.iol.co.za/news/politics/pics-msimanga-shuts-down-non-compliant-correctional-services-head-office-17034663

So, let's summarize:

Divi down about 25%,

occupation rate down 15%

margins are flat

Some buildings already unsafe for occupation - (trend?)

Goverment  Social spend will soon exceed income generated - Debt already over affordability level.

I think P and Minni Me, not adequate.  Let's go for pinky and the braindead?

Rest my case: Overpriced acquisitions and overvalued brand rights led to an increase in Steinhoff's reported assets. And the current accounting rules have fueled this, shows an analysis by our FINANCE blogger. https://www.finance-...moegen-2033651/

Steinhoff has realized (liquidated) many assets, generating some large amount of cash during 2018, in addition to the revenue, yet, and after more than a year and 3 months, they still say that they're in "precarious position". which means the money realized from selling assets was spent on loss making expenses, and fat salaries, while the debt, instead of being paid down, it ballooned.

The shareholders better hurry up with their cases, before all is gone to the creditors and fat salaries.

Thanks guys took a good short position knew this was going to happen as the daily troll group would not resist to keep quite for one day!!!

Just in case you guys don't know what trolling is:

Trolling is defined as creating discord on the Internet by starting quarrels or upsetting people by posting inflammatory or off-topic messages in an online community. Basically, a social media troll is someone who purposely says something controversial in order to get a rise out of other users.

Ho go to ALSI Forum there are some interesting comments!!!! Haha

There have been many class actions against Ponzi Scheme companies like Steinhoff, and the share holders won compensations, and in many cases within a couple of years from the start of the case.

VEB will resume the case against Steinhoff on 7 April 2019.
