...and we can also look forward to SNH being included on SDAX again if this is unqualified....among other qualifying criteria

Reading again Mazars reason for Qualified Audit Report for 2020 FY... With the S155 ruling of earlier this week, but with the Scheme Effective date only being 15th February, I wonder what is the chances of seeing today an Unqualified Audit Report?

Any thoughts on this?

No dividends they asking shareholder permission to buy back 10% of the shares and to be able to give shares to senior manageme t as incentive up to 300% of annual salary.
