Haha exactly the same applies for those that think the glass is half full!
Until the financial restructure is completed SNH is making continuous losses because it has no cash flow to pay the interest. So that means thd valuation of Pepco holding has to increase by the same amount.
Agreed! And it's good to check your confirmation bias regularly.
Difference is that I'm not running to the forum repeating my findings over & over (and that so far you've been proven wrong by the market ).

....on a different note.....i saw and advert on TV last night about BUCO....have never seen one before...does that mean SNH wants to keep BUCO and is now pushing it for more sales...or will they try and sell it again to someone else..mmmm

He also explicitly expressed appreciation for & support of the current shareholder base (so our interests are kept in mind during all of step 3). Plus, is it better or worse to have time to find a good solution, rather than rushed & at the mercy of the creditors?
Again, if your starting point is that the glass is half-empty ... you hear what you want to hear I guess.

I sold when it was up in the morning before that. Lucky I guess. I just wanted to derisk my portfolio but let's wait and seeAm sorry you sold your position on a day of blood bath for all stock exchanges in the world. For instance Nasdaq had its worst day since March 2020 with the pandemic announcement
I hope for you you will have an opportunity to get back in again but I sincerely doubt that at a time where the situation has never been that favorable to SNH, there will be such an adverse move back of the share price to R3 and below

LdP again confirmed that Snh will still hold 50%plus of PEPKOR after the GS....
Yep and also that. Good stuff.

So debt restructure by 2023 another Eur900 mil per kind interest! I was hoping for restructure to be done by June 2022!

I took profits yesterday and closed my long positions. I'll wait for the dust to settle them get back in. Was a good ride but think my nerves can't handle SNH. I hope I can.
Pic some up around R3 again.

EDITORIAL: Some reprieve for Steinhoff as next hurdle awaits @ https://www.business...-hurdle-awaits/
Haha the journalist is funny, selling would leave virtually nothing but my question how much equity will be left for existing shareholders after a debt/equity swop when SNH now has negative equity?:
"What options are on the table for Steinhoff to reduce its debt load when the debt standstill comes to an end? Selling off assets that include local division Pepkor, Pepco in Europe and Mattress Firm in the US seems out of the question as that would leave virtually nothing in its portfolio."
