Tactical sens issues by snh last night.. Most of those gains tho dumped... Timing gonna be crucial on sens release....

Got a good feeling on this one.

 

I honestly can't see how this would have an effect on the market... Parliment is only doing this inquiry to show that they are "doing" something. This is just showboating and I think the market knows this.
Regarding the SENS, I'm hoping for a nice rise in share price but realistically all the shareholders taking profit will screw us all that's currently invested at over the R3 mark.

 

IN said it best a few months ago, what we need is for the majority of shareholders to hold onto their shares, everyone wants a piece of the SNH action but the ability to jump ship so quickly is messing with those of us that feel there is real value in this share.

Our sens came out at 5.35pm...We were closed and so was Frankfurt.. JSE closes at 5pm and Frankfurt 5.30pm

 

Its against Stoch Exchange regulations to post sens news on dual exchanges when one market is open and another closed.Hi

Please correct me where wrong. I'm pretty sure Frankfurt Boerse closes at 8pm. For months I've watched the trading price changes in frankfurt after we close at 5pm, until they close at 8pm. Similarly, watching the price in the mornings from 8am when they open. Also it's happend multiple times that SENS are released after 5pm, then we watch the effect in Frankfurt in the evening as well as morning before we open. Googles search also reveals: "At Börse Frankfurt trading hours are in general from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m."CET.

hard to prove?  Damn he collapsed a company share price from R90.00 to R2.00 and you think hard to prove fraud exist? and then he jumps ship..dont  think anything to prove..He would either not appear( skip) or be taken out before he appears..

I fully agree. Le Grange actually came over as a very honourable guy explaining in a lot of detail how the accounting systems worked and said that one of the problems was the multi layered auditing approach from all parts of the worlds that came to his office for checking and scruntiny. Nene was also there asking a couple of questions.

 

For those of you that did not see it, much discussion was the around the loss sustained by pension funds. One  parliamentarian was  also alluding to the fact that  Le Grange is the 'Fall' guy in this whole saga.

 

Also Le Grange was praised as he shed more light on what went wrong and the chairperson scoffed at the Steinhoff team that they were not so forthcoming, as Le Grange was, on what went wrong at Steinhoff.

 

So  tomorrow expect some harsh questions levelled at Mr Mr Jooste

3.10 very likely tomorrow if frankfurt goes to. 18.....if frankfurt breaks. 20 we in New territory

Ok got it....stein want shares up...they know could be dodgy dip tommorrow..this sens raised shares bit ..parli will drop shares...thrn theyll release all sorted sens and shares rise again...basic phycology..wish they would nr release th8ngs after hours though...this thing starting rake my zen away 😁

Fraud is difficult to prove in court... Are the hawks refuting that the evidence is not substantive. Is accounting interpretation fraud... This will be very interesting... If the court does not find jooste guilty of overt fraud and only a misdemeanor... How likely would veb be to successfully sue snh.....
