Happy for any south African that got out with a profit and got back in to make another round of profit.

Have many friends who got in at R1.10 and out at R3.40-R3.70. not a single that got the R3.80...majority around R3.40. Based on cup and handle theory, and expectation that all that got in did so mainly for the upside and not really as an investment.

the good news is that the share volumes traded was not in excess of 200 or 300 million indicating over selling and concern on company as we saw in December- volume sin keeping with the uptrend initiated 2 to 3 weeks- overselling would have been another worry

expect some ups and downs going forward- but at least until august results expect up ward momentum

Price Target- just some additional information from the web.....

Add the height of the cup to the breakout point on the handle. This provides an estimated target for the next advance.

chart_patterns19.jpg

As discussed in the cup and handle reversal section, uptrends can last for years. The target represents a target for the next rally, but that target could be exceeded as the long-term uptrend unfolds.

in Frankfurt- top of cup 0.25; bottom of handle at 0.14.... therefore can expect next advance back to 0.25 and thereafter beyond- I used Frankfurt as majority trade volume ..

we could see SA share price back to 3.50 today, rally tomorrow to R4.20 then a pull back Monday with further energy towards end of the week with new money coming in- can this share break R4.00---time will tell

I got out at R2.50 at a 30K profit. There is simply too much uncertainty around this share and ive found myself unnecessarily glued to the screen of my computer in anxiety and questioning my sanity in investing in this company. This is not for the feint hearted, fortune certainly favours the brave in this instance. Hope that the guys who got in in the high R3 mark breakeven soon.

the trades you saw and the volatility was fantastic trading opportunity- Polly last week alluded to the base of the cup, I wrote further on it and explained a handle will form. this was further reinforced by the wedge pattern and Snippits technical on the weekend. we could not say buy or sell- but could indicate to the trader the opportunity...

for investors like me- I did not trade the share- even though it was a wonderful opportunity to increase holding by 30%- can never be guaranteed- and I don't want the tax burden.

as a company- I truly believe that the discount on this share is warranted, but there is massive upside opportunity because the operations are good and that they have an end to end model that could be very attractive to an online rich buyer- also debt can always be refinanced and part paid and ...and...and

true company may not always be represented by the share price---question if there was a buy offer on this company or the creditors looking to take all the shares- what would the share price reach- I think easy R12 . this thought justifies continued investment and of course own personal corporate experience and understanding of how the wheels turn and the Greece required- all speculative of course

I still believe we are in a better position now compared to a month ago.

Even though share price has fallen, there was more than 46 million shares traded yesterday. Enough buyers saw value in spending a total of more than R100million buying these.

In retrospect the share bump last Thursday was probably due to shorts being covered.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but a lot of investment companies etc won't/can't buy snh shares until the audited results are published?

Is that a wedge downtrend indicating a correction is imminent. Talks to cup and handle and upswing.... Noteworthy for traders... For investors... Nada

To me the chart pattern is now with wave (ii) complete, but this is not trading advice. To me it is time to be quick whilst it is less likely to be made dead.

At least that is the advice I am giving myself, and I would not take any other advice even if I prove to be wrong. Anyway, wave (iii) is my favourite.

This stock should have been suspended....

Companies don't go under because of accounting representation... Positive cash flows... Profits... Excessive debt that is locked up... Lots of legal liabilities that may not require settlement....
Going concern... Australian business excluding all others is worth a few rand... Highly speculative trade with base formed and uncertain upside meaning that r7 is achievable... Unrealistic but achievable....

Timing market versus time in market... Technicals point to recovery and correction but stregnth of selling still a concern..... Anything goes with this share....

I took some at 200c. Totally speculative IMO. Let's see a quick 25%. Technically she's insolvent, but the newsflow is improving

Whats going on....

Traders taking profits... They have no interest in the company only the trade... As they see there profits fall they more willing to sell on auction. Large volume of auction and computer trades especially frankfurt.....shares are being dumped... But hey there is buyer interest....

But hey... Again.. The market may know something we are in the dark about... And are dumping to run for the hills....

I will be one of this mopping up...
