The only reason why im compelled to post? i will tell you....

Because when i see your posts, my heart bleeds....My heart bleeds.....I have to keep this spirit of my revolt against the  blind leading the blind ,  the yesterday chart con artists and the posting of incorrect info to mislead. Because the posts i create and calls made, compensate me for what you do not give or will ever do.

 

Dear Polly, Why have you been pretending to be someone else? If you are a professional trader and want to teach non traders why do you not post charts or provide links to training? Is your behaviour here condoned by the fraternity to which you claim your Professional status?

Polly, looking at Tongaat Hulett again. Do you think this is a good price to enter in at the moment?

Note : i own this share so advise below may not be partial but my opinion anyway

 

i bought some for my long term portfolio on that break of 50 last week...R49.05 to be exact..

 

Cyclical share which dropped from 180 to 50.00

 

Im from Durban and so is TH..so i know this company pretty well and some of management especially on the development side.

 

Sugar division doing below par mainly due to drought and cheaper imported sugar. Property side effected by the land grab issue talks.

 

However still dont think a  70% drop in share price is justified. Also have family involved in a huge residential/ holiday property development with TH

I think it offers significant upside in years to come. Also been a change in top management , the  CEO noticeably, to get young blood in.

 

My aid is to hold for at least 6 years when hopefully the cycle on sugar change.

Will add on any dip to R40.00 and again if R30.00...out if drops below R25.00

I have a questions regarding DAWN, What do you think about that share Polly? They reduced debt levels to close to zero and they have strict cost reductions in place. They even had a successful rights offer a year ago at 1 rand per right. But currently only trading at 5 cents. . . 

if i remember correctly they distribute santiaryware with some good name brands....correct?  if so wonder why in doldrums

when will suspension kick in? Tomorrow morning if not released? So sell out might occur at midday?

carefull with this one....

 

They could release the results after 5pm when markets close...in meantime you sell it thinking no release...

 

So risky either way.... If you hold and no release you in trouble. if you sell and released after 5pm u lose again....

 Charts dont really  work at all on small caps and penny stocks...See my previous thread on small caps.. One large fund selling or buying messes prices...
 
Here you have to set limits....example if you bought at 80c..... set a limit ..IE if goes below 40c im out. If goes above R1.20 i will hold
 
In between you at risk depending  on fund buying or selling.
 
In other words charts dont work well on illiquid stocks...anyone can manipulate
