Management will be presenting the results at 10:00 on the day via a live webcast which will be accessible

I’m not sure how to add an attachment. It’s on MoneyWeb - it’s a trading update plus a bit of positive outlook on their strategy going forward with remaining assets.

Just summited my YES vote on everything. As if WE HAD A CHOICE....

 

Lets see how this turns out, we will know pretty soon.

Interesting to see finally Ascendis 2.0 figures next week, with the relevant debt, revenue and Ebitda estimations.
Then FY21 numbers and company webcast on September the 30th.
Last step October the 4th for the vote day.

Seems there will be intense days during next 2 weeks.

Just wait and see, I'm optimistic.

No idea...thing by 20th or 25th..


Also we need to engage asc on this debt facility of 20m...its a facility and no reason we should draw on it..at rediculous rates...

Hoping oir spectacular year would cover all pik and consultant fees and then some left for us....its the massive impairments that usually screw us and those writtem off in h1....looking forward to h2....

Sems update defiantely on the cards to give a better pic of the business. They accepted the circular too complex- and they have been asked to consider challenges with voting process and admim support for retail shareholders to ensure they get the vote through.
Lots of optimism on the way ahead....sitting on good assets and also if the need to sell there are many people knocking on the door.
With the right partner this company has significant headroom to trade atba fair multiple...perhaps first being delisted and then relisted....i think delisting is definately on the cards to unlock value..have to wait out the pain thpugh

I have increased my holding here 15% taking profits from elsewhere....still very hopeful here. But sad at the vultures....including management vultures wanting awards and bonusses for doing their job...
Its painful to see the price where it is...someone said it is akin to snh at 70c.....those were the days.....
I like this share as post recap there is only debt...no lawsuits...no other crap....uncertainty is off the table and the assets are certainly worth a lot more that the market cap....so setup for exiting jse...

Engagements with asc management have been fruitful. We advised they take notes from eoh playbook and speak positively about the share...trading update is due this month and hopefully we start to get a real sense of the value...the circular is based on historical numbers....sa assets are in demand....

Also sold a few of my asc at a loss and moved to snh... but still have the bulk of my holdings in ASC. Have held on for a long time so may as well wait till i see the trading statement in next few weeks... I must admit of the three high risk i bought, SHN AEG were the ones i sold in favour of ASC which in my novice trading mind was less risky.... live and learn.... and now hoping:)
