Quite a significant run up in the past 2 or so weeks. I'm breaking even very soon if the momentum continues, to be honest I might just sell when I break even. This share has been a bit too volatile for even my "risk-loving" appetite.

 

I am going to hold on...read somewhere that a common "mistake" by investors that are tired of a low performing share is to sell as soon as it starts turning green.....it could be a long term growth...who knows....I am hoping it is a sustained growth and not a pump and dump

Imo....I am uncertain if the market will react to 164 evaluation... especilay if not done by a 3rd party...i still believe share will only move should there be a takeover bid.. an official one with offer price.i am happy to be wrong. I am in the ornage on this share and some crazey volumes being traded... something is in play.. i shall hold a few months more

S164 dissenting shareholders will be able to get the company precare share evaluation...may be 0...and postcap valuation....this could be r1plus or r2.....thoughts....this may set floor and expectations

R2.50 is it fair- we still have no idea how to value the dossiers and whether it was accounted for correctly . Could the farmilida dossiers be worth r500m. Recall usa company paid 50m usd in shares just for access and licence to sell liquad viagra ...

We expecting a few more sens and this share to be trade under cautionary. Also there were 4m dissenting shateholders who have instructed company on dissent and executed a section 164 which compels that they get paid out at fair value for shares....this potentially forces a new floor when company issues a sens on its own share valuation....potentially....also sets floor for company looking to acquire asc assets...

Asc is sitting duck for a takeover..as many retail will sell at r1...but to your point we can wait out r2.50 knowing fully well that the acquirer gets the prize dossiers with all the assets

Was unaware that the dossiers could be sold seperate. I misunderstood this to be rights to sell these products in za, did not realise they could sell this rights off.. 100% on the retailers selling out at lower values... It is deffinatley a waiting game...well i guess another 30 odd days for the section 164 information so more waiting...

So after all the numbers we have seen in the last weeks, if on monday YES will win, Ascendis 2.0 will be a company (from FY22), with about 12-14 Mil Euro as EBITDA and 28-35 Mil Euro as total debt (depending on asset sales performance).

Again, we are currently trading at 1,5 times prespective Ebitda. Normally we know this parameter is at 6-7 time as minimum.

 

Let's wait monday for the most important and fundamental milestone.

Yeah agree 100%. Once monday is done and provided its a yes vote which i think it is likely, i will be at ease. This was by far the most informative sens that i have seen from them in 19 months....if vote is yes then we hold a little more longer to get bought over at a resonable value i would think... what a exhausting share

Really hope on monday YES will vote. Seems there will be a nice future on that case. Only way to recover part of shares value.

But we cannot take it for granted, there will be uncertainty till monday afternoon.
