So annual EBITDA shoud be around R500 Million. About 30 Million €.

And current market cap is 24 Million €.

Now we have to calculate the EBITDA generated from 'Sout African Assets' + 50% of 'Farmalider'.

With zero debt.

guys, i'm disappointed too...but the alternative is ZERO...business rescue would have gotten us probably NIL...interested in what they're gonna say at 12:00...

 

most of the EBITDA will leave with those entities...estimate that R 400m will be left...no debt however...IN's R4 - R10 STILL not unrealistic....business with debt has (as in this case) a massive discount (we've discussed this a previous time), so it the law goes both ways a business with no debt should be trading at a premium...my 2c

It does seem as though the market reacted positively. Up 10% 2 million shares traded and with strong resistance at 85c. Guess we'll have to wait for that presentation. If someone that sees it can just provide a summary to those of us that cannot watch it.

I honestly don't know Sommerso, one has to look at the remaining crumbs to try and figure that out. So far it looks like the market is happy with the deal...time will tell. Sardi negotiated to keep his job.

Might be a bigger dip than yesterday. Market does not like delays at all. It is a fickle creature.  But also I won't mind news... of any kind....  I've hit the refresh button off my browser.... 

 

Atleast release a SENS saying negotiations ongoing... .or concluded and awaiting formalisation on them. But this nothing doesn't bode well. 

 

 

In other news.... Daily Pivot points have us looking at Support 1 between 69c and 73c and resistance 1 between 87c and 98c ...  

 

Moving Averages, Momentum and Trend is still showing "Buy" ...
