Ok just bought another 200k shares.

My wife might kill me but how can a company increase its EBITDA to 800 Million for half a year and trade at a market cap of 380 Million????

With great growth opportunities and lenders backing?

Guys what am I missing??

I also cannot understand it.  They reporting expected EBITDA of R718 - R822 mill.  If we work of a debt level of R6.5 billion this 6 month EBITDA represents 11 - 12.6% of total debt (or 22 - 25% annualized).

Haha true true- Geez over 3 Million shares already traded today!!!!! Momentum is starting. Wonder how many shares will be traded today.

 

Volumes are good but that chop that keeps selling heaps of shares at 80c needs to be wiped out. Getting just a little tried of this roundabout now...what more is needed to get this share price moving??

Some big guy is still trying to push price down.

The 80 cents will fall eventually I think.

Keep strong guys.

Also they have said any recapitalization would need to be approved by the shareholders.
So maybe we will see some big guys jumping on the train before it starts rolling.

Just my opinion lol.

Wow 36 to 56% increase in EBITDA. Thats insane.

this is a ery strong trading statement given where world economies are currently so should see this share fly now ...gains should out strip steinhoff by a long shot.

I don't know about you guys, but that trading update is pretty much all the confirmation I need to make my assumption that the share price was kept suppressed over the last few months in order a facilitate a sale of Remedica. Now that a sale is pretty much off the table, the information flood gates have opened...even throwing in that bit about "tweaking" Ivermectin so suite our regulations.

 

Pity that the share price had to bleed off to 74c before this update, but let's hope we can see upward of 80c in the short term.

Looks postive medium to long term. There are many scenarious that can play out. Interesting that AC did not consider a delist relist...
Certainly there is value in the share and extremely cheap for 78c. I got that notion. H1 blanthyre must value the entire ascendis less debt at a significant chunk if they want to further invest..perhaps they have remedica at 500 to 600million euros in 2022 - familider sunwave and the remainding ascendis businesses at another 200 million euros ....there is something we missing....if they take a 50% stake in ascendis for 3 to 4 billion rand...they get 50% of ascendis cheap....and this automatically values existing shares to r6 to r10. Perhaps dilution and shares are at r5....something not making sense..or maybe the market waiting for this before it reacts....explains volumes traded...someone mopping up..
