my 2 cents is, we don't seem to have momentum to make any drastic up moves, it seems to me that this is just the end of momentum that got us here, we may go up a bit more but I don't see the momentum to break the substantial resistance we see above us, I am in very good profit and expect this to slowly turn south some time tomorrow, as to how far down it will go I am as clueless as you are for that. But as we seem to be in a sideways motion I think the bottom target of 45500 would be realistic if we are to stay in the sideways channel. 

 

it would take some very market moving news to make any radical changes to the currency, so I don't see that as happening, Ukraine is still a mess and may have the potential to spook the markets, if that spook happened when we are close to the 45500 mark that may drive us lower, it all depends on if the US and Russia can back down without escalating the situation.

 

also the longer we are in this sideways move the less likely we will have the large correction down, how long it will last depends on many things that I cant see right now.

 

I have added trailing stops to everything I have, one set of contracts at 1020 points and a second set at 955 so with the stops set I am all good for the moment. I think we are near the top of this move.

Very interesting graph...since the NYSE spike we have been up 14months (look at the previous timeframes) while loosing momenturn and setting up negative divergence, this too me says the US is weakening!

 

Are we in another June 2013, that drop was caused by QE3 speculation of ending so could very well be another month like that, pulling in the bulls for only to turn down again!

 

See Caldaro also says it is time for caution!

ECB meeting days has in the past coinside with tops and we have NFP figures tomorrow too...we do have strong negative divergence on the 60min chart, so if we turn do we go straight down or hit V's target and come back?

 

Just read through old reports and UBS called for a big Emerging Markets top beginning of September...so not taking a view now cause I am just to damn clueless!

 

Guess next week we will know!Maybe HDB's weak September comes to pass after all....

pound already strengthening considerably!! Now is this a false/ fake move??  normally that's what it does to take out stops

market is too volatile  at moment for me to say which way!! Wait for minutes of meeting and then decide watching the currency reaction!!

 

I feel that if he says QE, dow will run but dollar will weaken and our rand/pound will strengthen so no real effect..

 

If he bullshits as normal, euro will be hit, dollar strengthen and rand/pound will weaken meaning we will go down!!
