I may have jumped the gun a bit with the "go BABY go" thing. Proved wrong by the market yet again.
a call here, a call there - in the end your equity curve reveals the truth?
i have little to offer in advice - except maybe, stay with your system and ignore the noise (gurus (of which we have not many))

still if history is anything to go by this will only have an effect on the market for an hour or 2, then we ignore everything and march on up. 0.25 makes a very small impact although some will feel even a small impact. more importantly in my view the GOV needs to get hold of the unions and stop these continued strikes as this increases do much more damage to the economy than a rate change.

Pretty much consensus then. Priced in, IMO. Weak housing stats in the US. Futures pointing lower, that is until the market realises that bad news is good news (QE expectations) and moves into the green, pulling us up with it.
