This is to the WAVE analysts, trying to work something out and need some advise.
So as an example starting at 1, dropping to 2, then in bull market a diagonal climb to 3, followed by a drop to 4 and an extension to 5, so the question is when you get to point 3 is this not the start if another wave that could be called A that could drop to b (point 4), the diagonal extension would end the first wave but also be the run up to C as part of the new wave.
If I have all this correct why do the counts go to 5 and not just 1 2 3.
Next, is the only prediction of a wave movement the FIB method (Percentage of previous movement). Is there a way to try and confirm the prediction with some other calculation.
Next the determination of a wave and the count you are in, is this to do with the Amplitude of the first part of the wave, so the bigger the move the higher you allocate the event in the wave count, so big move major, very small ,pico and so on.
I have been doing wave charts every day for about 2 weeks and I am starting to get it it, if someone can explain these points I think I will be able to get better view and stop confusing myself.
