What a childish post. Most of us are sorry Polly got banned because you two could not stop being childish as previously mentioned you only contribute to Steinhoff nothing else. To compare DLT to Steinhoff is ludicrous he even mentioned he is going long on DLT and always adds on dips- crucially DLT still paying good dividends and will surely bounce back as for Steinhoff...less said the better.

I don't see anything childish defending myself from a basher/bully being called a fraud with no reason. No one has the right to insult people simply because they hiding behind a computer. Polly got to a point that even called me a Jew because Jews are a nation of lairs. I think it's illegal in SA to make such comments.

You missed the point my message was basically stating that when SNH goes down then it is bashed but DLT falls down then its ok it will rise again.

The reason I got into this thread was mostly due to the continues bashing and insults to management which I found to be out of order and as a owner of SNH share thought its my duty to defend it from people that in the first instance did not invest in it and showed a deep hatred for management which had absolutely nothing to do with the collapse and are trying their very best to fix thing and bring SNH back on the road of recovery.

It is very tiring to be told virtually every other day about SNH going to ZERO, SNH is a ponzi scheme snh is etc.

On the other hand DLT which by the way paid good dividends before you have no clue what they going to pay in the future I posted way back saying I don't see a future there but you also don't see me there bashing the share because each person has the right to his/her views and I must respect that.

Now in a share either you invest or you don't that is a individual decision but if you choose not to invest then walk away find another share no point keeping on bashing the shares and the people that think different. So if you feel there is no future in SNH why don't you just walk away and let others like me that see a future in SNH to be left alone we heard many times now all the negativity.

At the end it all comes down to common decencies let everyone have their right of opinion because after all that's what posting is all about "Able to post your ideas to share information and thoughts"

We should stop posting for the benefit of the share price, and prayers to 130000 employees and their families that snh survives

It has been scientifically proven that SNH only moves up when the posting on this thread stops.

  1. Trusting strangers on an anonymous chat forum can be a risky business. Even more risky than the stock market.
  2. I have tried to warn the vulnerable, being those without adequate savvy: e.g.: https://swrict.blogspot.com/2018/11/sharechat-warning.html

Google what head and shoulders and inverted head and shoulders is then look chart and you can see simply if head and shoulders or not..I don't have time look. Would imagine a string would have commented if either were there

Haha the joke of the day:

https://www.business...us-jooste-says/

"Jooste is arguing that these were not “express terms” of his employment contract. Moreover, he has objected to Steinhoff not explaining how any fictitious deals or accounting irregularities resulted in a loss to the company, rather than its shareholders. In at least one lawsuit against the company where Steinhoff added Jooste as a third party, the former CEO has argued that he needs access to a full forensic report compiled by PwC. Steinhoff, who commissioned the report, has refused, according to separate court papers."

This just proves how difficult all these law suites going to be. Its going to be named the Steinhoff soap opera.

Some thing to laugh to drink some green beer:

1 -CW being a director close links with MJ ( If I recall correctly they were shareholders of some Upinton outfit) decides to sell his holding in Pepkor. Now he finds out MJ apparently was a fraud so give me my money back. MJ says no I did nothing my contract was vague so I know nothing and its embarrassing. So no problem new shareholders will just have to loose all their money.

2 - According to MJ in parliament the proposal to buy MF was from Le Grange the CFO so CW bought into it and decided it was a good buy. In view that SNH did not have money to buy it then comes CW in a white horse with cash for a share issue all along based on a few days due diligence report and buy the way lets splash we pay a whopping 115% premium because people love mattress. Now after finding out that MF deal was so bad ok no worries lets find some lawyers and ask for my money back we say I was cheated even though I decided to buy MF.

3 - Now Vendor claim about the PSG share exchanged for SNH - This is ultimate MJ sends his friend a SMS to sell because the business in the USA not so good. Ha friend now very pissed off want MJ to pay him back. The question why? was the warning too late to act?

4 - SNH issues shares sells them to people that took up their right. Great now these investors decided to sell in the market and people bought his share that he bought from SNH. So people read in the news bad things happen decide whow I need to sell hope there is some fool that will buy it from me. Then after dumping the share look for a lawyer we can get our losses back from the company. Then someone says hey what about the disclaimer that buying shares is dangerous you can loose your money. The people say no don't worry about that its just a joke if we push hard we can get our money back.

5 - Then we have the old timers bought SNH share way back when it was at less then R30 and value the share before the collapse. So they thoughts are if It was going for R57 now R1.14 no problem I will claim my loss from the R57 after all all profits are guarantied and once you buy a share there is only upside and you covered for downside just go and see a lawyer.

Then comes reality check no company has bottomless pocket and in SNH case they very shallow and see as many lawyer people want there is simply not enough cash to please everybody so the story will end either everybody gets nothing or everybody fires the lawyers and let a good management do their job and at the end of a long road everybody wins.

Hope everyone will have ca nice weekend Monday is another trading day green beer time!!!

Yes I am smiling in my day trading but crying on my long term portfolio. What is important is I live out of my day trading so have lots of time to wait for good returns. I offered to help you long time ago but you decided rather to name me a fraud. No worries pal its just another trading day!!!

Steinhoff corporate fraud beyond what anyone envisaged, inquiry hears

What happened at the company is now ‘widely understood to be the biggest corporate fraud in South African history’.

The inquiry, led by Justice Lex Mpati, wrapped up its public hearings on Wednesday. The inquiry has heard evidence from 77 witnesses over the past eight months and the commissioners will be working to finalise its report for submission to the president

wait until they done with state capture and Eskom investigations.  Everything so relative.   So what is your believe Tom is Steinhoff NV the fraudster or the victim?  Normal font, colour scheme will be ok for me.
