They had access to full cash flows prepared by moelis and Co.. And of course projected cash flows. They also have a realistic understanding of legal liability and purchased debt at discount.

Im contemplating on buying more shares at 234cps, but it seems risky

If it continues to go up from next week i am going to hold....if it drops next week i will wait to see trend from monday 27th and will consider buying....next week will more than likely set the trend

They say will hold out to early September after usa big sale day before actioning anything on matress firm..i think theyll get bought out and even at a loss the continuous expense will be gone which will be biggest positive..the legal action im not stressing about..theyll maybe get 20 percent of ask..but theres lot people asking who just chancing it...and i think mr w will get zero..just my take..

Im going on phycology..i think share will go up but there will be dips back to 1.80..when bankrupcy word comes out ooopps..this is emotional trading/ investment as no knows a true value so no real logic...except i agree ultimately will be up over R 5 most probably much more..there is no way creditors came to party without seeing monthly management accounts...

Trying to understand spike... Could it be that there is good progress on restructuring and will occur within time frame...
Could it be that liquidity issues in Europe are not problematic.....
If this is the reaction... Should also anticipate similar spikes with finalisation fo restructuring and with announcements of Asia liquidity agreements.
I think the two major spikes.. Restructuring and pwc.... Legal issues are Long in the road and may be a cloud dampening excitement.. However quarter on quarter trading updates will slowly move this share to recover some value.. Albeit less than R8

Gosh that timming was absolutely flawless!!   , am back in the profits.....it will fall again (hopefully not below R2) will see significant movement again last week AUG 1st week Sep...up or down....true value of share will only be determined after PwC report and then we'll see some stability. Until then....you'll make decent money if ur a trader with luck on your side

 

I feel this share is undervalued.

And as an investor you will be buying cheap.....my opinion (have a good feeling on this tho)

Here is the advantage of Rand euro hedge... 0.1 euro increase kicks nicely... Obviously other way to.
Should expect continued tra tion post results... But with this share will always see profit taking.. Not as great as before as low volume trades recently.
Looking good with restructuring... I hope negative news limited and the share gets to at last a R5 base.... Unlikely but very doable... Will aim for r3 and then r4 breached first...
Apart from legal claims... Everything else looks good and positive....
