There’s talk of business rescue proceedings on Twitter, I think this would send the share into free fall if this actually happened.

I struggle to see how this is a possibility. Blantyre/L1 have enough cash to see this through and as I understand it, the board are basically at their beck and call because of the extent of the liabilities to Blantyre/L1.

I think a debt/equity swap is the most likely outcome as Blantyre are an investment firm focused on turning around European Assets. They will likely get a controlling interest in Ascendis and we will get the scraps. That being said, the scraps will be worth a lot more than right now so everyone wins.

Worst case, due to their European focus, they might split Remedica off and focus on building that business with 100% ownership before selling it off.

My 2c.

We and asc would love to sell assets to pay debt. We now have a buyer who holds the debt and is positioned to favourable negotiate the swap.
Why wpuld they risk delays - court expenses...etc...
They already are positioned for a deal - i think this will be resolved imminenetly. At least there will be an understsnding of the way forward for an equitable settlement of debt with equity. Amd remember the equity itself has to maintain and increase in value....so we just need to hang ten...these doomsday scenarious wont result in the share collapsing as they are many swooping in to buy more fearing you cannot time the bottom...not wanting to miss the upswing..

2 to 4 weeks and we will look back on this.....

The sens issues advises asc may exceed h1 2020 by 20 to 30%

Last years pump to r2.20 from 30c.

This year we need info on deal with hrl1 blantyre. ...if there is more info....we could see the r2 breached on the day

I see we can expect interim results and an analyst presentation on 31 March. Sorry does anyone have an idea how the business did last year? Could we anticipate a further slide afterwards?

Agreed. 50c and 150c
I can wait for a few years to make my money, no rush.

Hopefully we don't get to 50c, as I'm expecting management to say something about Blantyre/L1 when they present their results on Mar 31. Then again, I was expecting management to say something (about Remedica sale status) with their last financials, and we got nothing.  :(

So the question is whether to pump this share at 50c or snh at 100c??? Or both???

I am balls deep already in snh and somewhat in this, if snh goes to 1.5 again then ill buy more, i wont buy more ascendis until it gets to 50c but ill be taking a proper beating at that point
