Short Hyprop vs Long RDF and GRT - very stretched on relative charts
Hyprop more expensive than the other two primarily as a result of the inclusion into MSCI EM index
Needs to rerate
thoughts?

CML
Poor performance investment returns vs benchmark over last year or so impacting performance fees across a lot of funds
Would buy when that turns as quality organisation
look on Coro website for returns versus benchmarks

I've been long since 5510 but closed 15min ago at 6345, expecting first resistance at around 6400 levels. Might re-enter on retrace.

Hi guys,
I have been following the posts for a while and have tested Pilots portfolio. Pilot you are a champion and we are all excited to see what your outcome is going to be.
I also read the post about vodacom that showed all the signs of going up and went past the south pole. This is due to a diffident payout same with tigerbrands. So yet again Pilot you were spot on. Thanks

Hi Pilot,
Good to see you will be resume the weekly portfolio.... we are missing it.
Do not be so hard on yourself... no person or system is perfect. The Pilot system is one of the better and more dynamic
systems I have seen. Good luck and I am looking forward to the improvements you are working on!!

Thanks guys for the kind words and encouragement.
I am still working hard at improving the selections in future. I don't like to make it too complicated, as it will take me much longer in future to analyse one share. There is some extra indicators that are working, but I first need to back test these on historical situations.
I am also checking it with all the trades that has been done over the last 5 weeks of the portfolio and to check the improvement.
I hope to be done by Friday and start posting the new portfolio next week. I would like to run another 4 weeks of testing, to see how it fares.
Between all the back testing, I have picked up a couple of shares that are very likely to enter strong Bull trends.
BIL, DSY and PSG **** (I am looking to trade these early tomorrow morning)
NPN, REI, MDC and RDF ** (also caught the eye, but might have slight pull backs first)
